The TBC-55LHX heavy duty webbing cutter with automatic angle control.

Can cut up 90mm (at 45°) knife width: 110mm

The hot knife melts the end of the tape, cutting is sealed neatly without any fraying. Because the upper knife is stationary and the lower knife plate is unfastened, its durability is very long. Cutting time (stroke time) can be easily adjusted by a separate control unit. The lower plate is powered by a pneumatic cylinder.

Both angles (start and end) can be adjusted independently from 0-45 degrees. Angles can be adjusted easily by typing each angle into a numeric display. Knife rotation is performed by a stepping motor.

Accuracy The stepping motor ensures a precise cutting length.

Temperature Cutting temperature can be set via an electronic control panel. Temperature is regulated by a temperature control unit.

Device works automatically by setting length and quantity.
